Radar and RWR filters that stay factual

Boolean hasRadar / hasRwr summaries come from the Vehicles API sync. Open a vehicle page for raw radar entries and RWR band objects when present. This finder does not simulate notch behavior, radar ranges, or seeker warning nuance.

Combine with a BR filter so top-tier jets do not drown a 8.0 SPAA search. Pair with Aircraft Weapon Finder when the question is missiles rather than sensors.
